Henderson Land Services is a family-owned dirt work and septic contractor built on a simple idea: help landowners get the most out of their property. Brothers Garrett and Dustan Henderson started this company with a shared passion for agriculture and a drive to do honest, quality work for their neighbors across Central Texas.

Garrett's background is in ranching and land development. Over time, he built expertise in septic systems and holds an OSSF Level 2 license — meaning he can evaluate sites, design systems, and oversee conventional and aerobic septic installations in compliance with TCEQ regulations. When a customer needs a septic system that works for their land and passes inspection, Garrett handles it from the first site visit to final approval.

Dustan's strength is in mechanics and heavy equipment. He knows the machines, how to run them, and how to keep them running. That expertise means our dirt work — grading, house pads, land clearing, drainage solutions — gets done efficiently with minimal downtime. When the two brothers combined their skills, Henderson Land Services grew into a full-service dirt work and septic operation.

Today we offer land clearing, house pads and rough grading, finish grading, drainage solutions, conventional septic installation, aerobic septic installation, septic system design, site evaluations, fencing, demolition, and brush burning. We work across a wide stretch of Texas, including Stephenville, Dublin, De Leon, Eastland, Weatherford, Granbury, Glen Rose, and Brownwood.
